長(zhǎng)期從事海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)微藻生理生化調(diào)控與基因工程育種等方面研究。構(gòu)建了系列經(jīng)濟(jì)微藻基因槍、電擊遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化方法與基因編輯技術(shù)體系,精準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)制系列優(yōu)異新種質(zhì);揭示了模式硅藻響應(yīng)環(huán)境碳濃度的代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制,提出了促進(jìn)微藻生物量和高值代謝物積累同步提高的“G6PDH過(guò)表達(dá)-高CO2”培養(yǎng)模式;建立了實(shí)驗(yàn)室穩(wěn)定半連續(xù)異/兼養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)體系及產(chǎn)巖藻黃素經(jīng)濟(jì)微藻的培養(yǎng)和收集方法。近年來(lái),在Biotechnology for Biofuels、Microbial Cell Factories及the Plant Journal等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,主持國(guó)家及省市項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),獲省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)1次。 |
