理學(xué)博士,研究方向?yàn)楹Q笊锓肿由鷳B(tài)學(xué),主要從事海洋生物群體基因組學(xué)研究。近些年圍繞海洋生物基因組遺傳標(biāo)記資源開發(fā),群體遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)和本地適應(yīng)性解析,性別決定機(jī)制探討,群體基因組學(xué)分析相關(guān)軟件開發(fā)等取得了一系列的研究成果?;谌后w遺傳學(xué)和基因組學(xué)技術(shù)解析了我國(guó)多種重要海洋魚類如松江鱸、小黃魚等的遺傳資源現(xiàn)狀、群體遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)及本地適應(yīng)性遺傳學(xué)機(jī)制;解析了大銀魚和松江鱸的性別決定機(jī)制;查明了刀鱭適應(yīng)淡水的平行演化機(jī)制;開發(fā)了多個(gè)群體基因組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件如StructureSelector、RADassembler等,得到了廣泛使用。發(fā)表研究論文19篇,其中以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文8篇,擔(dān)任國(guó)際SCI期刊Molecular Ecology、Frontiers in Marine Science等的審稿人。
